Parts that come in contact with liquids (syringe, needle, nozzle, etc.) are all made of plastic. The dispenser is free from the liquid degradation or parts corrosion that can occur in reactions with metal contents.
- Since the needle closes the liquid outlet at the syringe tip when a discharge is complete, the liquid stops neatly without dripping from the nozzle.
- Liquid is replenished through the liquid port without the need to remove the syringe.
- Input/output terminals are provided and the output head incorporates a small and lightweight (180 g) syringe valve for joint operation with automated machinery such as robots.

DCOP-D is a dispenser incorporating a dosing valve that opens and closes by air pressure. Liquid dripping can be prevented for accurate operation. A wide range of tanks and dosing valves are available to meet users' specific needs.

The volumetric metering system ensures metering with high accuracy even in small volumes and with changes in liquid viscosity caused by temperature changes. Two basic types are available to choose from for a wide range of applications involving highly accurate discharging of very small fixed volumes.

The mechanism of this dispenser is simple with a metering section below the tank. Liquid is sent directly to the metering pump, enabling accurate metering and discharging without any pressure required.
- Our unique posi-load metering pump is used. A wide output range is available by selecting from different pump sizes.
- Output volume can be changed easily with a stroke adjustment knob. A discharge pressure reducing valve enables easy adjustment of the discharge rate.
- All necessary switches used during work are mounted on the control panel, so that the operator can perform proper operation without difficulty.
